Sharine Davis, RN, MHA
Director, Clinical Improvement

Sharine Davis joined HCIF in January 2021.  In her role as Director, Clinical Improvement, she will be supporting PURC, HAP Opioid Learning Action Network (OLAN) and other HCIF initiatives.

Sharine’s 15-year career in healthcare has involved clinical, quality and process improvement along with creating programs for our most vulnerable populations. She has worked in hospice, primary care and payor organizations to help shape her knowledge from the provider, patient and payor side. Additionally, she has worked closely with physicians in both the hospital setting as well as in her most recent role as the Manager of Quality Management and Government Programs at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. This has allowed her to build partnerships to help improve the Triple Aim. During her time at Horizon BCBS, Sharine, created an incentivized quality improvement program around HEDIS and STARS measures for all Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial and Specialty practices throughout the state of New Jersey. This allowed her to partner with healthcare systems and standalone practices to increase quality and equitable care for all New Jersey residents.

Sharine has an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and earned her MHA from University of Southern California in 2017. She lives in Hammonton, NJ, with her 2 kids Ava and Graham.
