Meghan Smith, MPH

Project Manager

Meghan joined HCIF in 2022 as Project Manager for the Clinical Improvement team. Meghan has a background in project and program management in non-profit, academic, and government settings. She moved to Philadelphia from Washington, D.C. in 2015 to obtain her Master’s in Public Health with a focus in health management and policy from Drexel University’s Dornsife School of Public Health. Most recently, she worked at the Chester County Health Department leading a small team focused on the intersections of data, evaluation, and health education and promotion. She considers working in local government during the COVID-19 pandemic to be the most challenging and rewarding experience of her professional career.

 Meghan lives in West Philadelphia with her cat Ro and enjoys meandering walks through the city and hikes in the Wissahickon.
