Since 2016, CPR Ready has united public health organizations across Southeastern Pennsylvania to address low public awareness of how to respond during a sudden cardiac arrest. This has been a successful campaign, with significant achievements made towards the goals of improving survival rates and use of bystander CPR, increasing knowledge about hands-only CPR and AED use, and advancing CPR/AED education in middle and high schools. For a summary of more of the coalition’s achievements, please see the attached report.
As the CPR Ready campaign comes to a close this fall, we are thankful that our mission will be sustained through continued trainings by Mobile CPR, Youth Heart Watch, CPAT Network, American Heart Associations, and many more of our partners.
Thank you to all of our supporters for their commitment to improving cardiac arrest survival rates.
